HUMAN INTEGRITY PROGRAM

The Human Integrity Program, by Hands On Human Rights, is a training initiative aimed at companies and public and private institutions, designed to strengthen emotional resilience, ethical awareness, responsible leadership, and organizational co-responsibility in high-pressure and complex environments.

Inspired by Hands On Human Rights' work in humanitarian crises, armed conflicts, and natural disasters, the program adapts this methodology to the corporate environment, offering structured experiences that allow participants to redefine professional trajectories, understand individual and collective limits, and develop essential human skills for ethical, safe, and sustainable work relationships.

In light of the increase in cases of burnout, psychological suffering, moral and sexual harassment, and structural discrimination, the Program acts preventively and structurally, addressing the cultural and organizational causes of workplace violence. Its methodology is organized into a training path based on four pillars: identifying, sharing responsibility, deconstructing, and re-signifying, promoting concrete changes in behavior and culture.

The program aligns with Regulatory Standards (NRs) — especially NR-01, NR-05, and NR-17 —, with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 5, 8, 10, and 16), with the UN Global Compact, and with international references such as ISO 26000, ISO 45001, ISO 37301, and ISO 37001, in addition to OECD Guidelines and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

By fostering conscious vulnerability, collaborative work, and ethical responsibility, the Human Integrity Program develops leaders and professionals who are agents of change, contributing to the reduction of legal and reputational risks, the strengthening of organizational culture, and the effectiveness of ESG, compliance, and governance agendas.

Reflection combined with experience is the starting point for lasting structural transformations, aligning performance, integrity, and non-negotiable respect for human dignity.
